Why have I received an SMS from a hospital or polyclinic, but it is not from the gov.sg Sender ID?
Only Singapore Government agencies, ministries, statutory boards, and services are moving to the single gov.sg SMS Sender ID. Therefore, SMSes sent by the Ministry of Health will come from gov.sg, but SMSes from individual hospitals and polyclinics will not, as they are not a ministry or statutory board.
