gov.sg SMSes will be sent to recipients across all operating systems and mobile phone devices, as long as their mobile number is registered with a telecommunications service provider (telco) in Singapore, and registered with a government agency, ministry, statutory board, or service. You do not need to update your phone's operating system to receive gov.sg SMSes.
