Centre/HQ users received an email titled “[Automated] For Action - To Update Incomplete Educator/Staff Profiles on ONE@ECDA Before [date]”. What should the preschool operator do?
Preschool operators had previously updated the profile of the educator. Why does her/his name appear on the Pending Task list again?
When do preschool operators select “Across levels” under deployment level?
The list of educators listed on the Pending Task list seems to be missing some centre staff (e.g. principals). Why is deployment information not required for them?
