When should preschools update staff's out of service details in ONE@ECDA?

Preschools should update staff's out of service records within 28 days in ONE@ECDA.
The centre administrator or staff can update the last day of service under "Update Out-of-Service Date". Once updated, the other party will receive an email notification to confirm that the date of last day of service is correct before the date is updated in the system. If no confirmation is received from the other party within 7 calendar days, the information will be automatically updated in the system.
