[For childcare/infant care subsidy applications]
You, as the spouse of the main applicant, should inform the preschool so that the preschool can trigger the LifeSG form using your details. You will then complete the form for both you and the main applicant before providing the necessary consent.
[For KiFAS applications]
You may apply as the main applicant, and inform the preschool so that the preschool can trigger the LifeSG form using your details. During your completion of the LifeSG form, it will prompt you to declare your wife’s circumstances. Once declared, the form will be adjusted such that it will not prompt you to route the form to your wife. You will then complete the form for both you and your wife before providing the necessary.
