What should I do if I am divorced, and I am unable to contact my spouse to give consent for the LifeSG subsidy application form?

If you have joint custody with equal care and control of your child, both you and your spouse must give consent. In other custody arrangements (such as when one parent has sole care and control, even if there's joint custody), only that parent's consent is needed.
