The form will be cancelled, and you will have to approach the preschool to request for a new form. This delay in your subsidy/KiFAS application may result in the subsidies/KiFAS being effected at a later date, requiring you to pay unsubsidized school fees for the duration before the effective date of subsidy/KiFAS.

To avoid such a situation, please complete the application by the deadline. Do note that the 14-days deadline includes obtaining consent from the other parent or family members (where applicable). Please note that the cancellation of the incomplete LifeSG form will not affect your child’s enrolment in the preschool.
