You will be notified by ECDA via email, SMS and the LifeSG app about the outcome of your preschool subsidy/Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) application or any actions you need to take, where applicable. If additional information or documentation is needed, the HOMES Ops team or ECDA will contact you directly. Preschools will also receive a copy of the email notifications for their reference. You can also track the status of your application through the LifeSG app.

Please contact the preschool if you do not receive any notification or have queries about your application.
