I do not qualify for Singpass. How can I complete the LifeSG form?

If you do not qualify for Singpass (e.g., non-FIN holders), you can access the form using your passport number, email address, and application ID. However, you will not be able to use the pre-filling function and will need to complete the form manually. During enrolment at preschools, you should have been asked to provide your passport number for logging in.
