Professional Standards & Training - Skills Framework
The Skills Framework for Early Childhood (SFw EC) is a SkillsFuture initiative developed by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and Workforce Singapore (WSG), together with employers, industry associations, educators and training providers. The SFw EC provides a guide for career progression, skills development, and training programmes in early childhood.
It includes information on the early childhood sector, career pathways, job role descriptions, as well as the Technical Skills Competencies (TSCs) and Critical Core Skills (CCS) required for each job role.
