Small centres can still adopt the Skills Framework for Early Childhood (SFw EC) by ensuring opportunities are provided for Early Childhood educators to progress. ECDA encourages centres to adopt the SFw EC where relevant (e.g. for career progression plans and other HR practices) to help attract, develop and retain Early Childhood educators.
