How do educators receive their certificates after completing ECDA-endorsed CPD courses which are registered through One@ECDA?

Educators can download their e-certificates from ONE@ECDA within 21 days of successful course completion. The download steps are detailed on page 6 of the 'Quick Guide – Educator'.
