Centre and HQ Administrators can download e-certificates for their educators from ONE@ECDA within 21 days of course completion, provided the educators have completed their Post-Course Reflection. For detailed steps, refer to page 11 of the 'Quick Guide – Centre Administrator' or 'Quick Guide – HQ Administrator'.
