Why Declaring Agent is not able to retrieve e-PCO via Customs International Connectivity via Customs eServices?

Declaring Agents (DAs) have to be authorised by the exporter in order to retrieve the ATIGA e-Form D and make adjustments. The exporter can proceed to authorise a declaring agent to transmit the e-Form D on their behalf via Customs eServices, and search for "Choose your International Connectivity Services and Authorise your Declaring Agent".

Please note that the DAs transmitting the e-PCO must be the same agent one who had declared the specific PCO in TradeNet.
