Any time frame to transmit Form E to China via Customs eServices?

There is no time frame set by Customs.

In general, you will be able to retrieve the approved Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) record in International Connectivity Preferential Certificate of Origin (ICPCO) service on Customs eServices within 1 hour from its approval in TradeNet. You can then submit the electronic PCO over immediately via ICPCO. China will receive the PCO in real-time.
