Please refer to the SINGAPORE TRADE CLASSIFICATION, CUSTOMS AND EXCISE DUTIES (STCCED) 2022 and check the new HS code and column "Unit of Quantity" (UOM) for the UOM assigned for the affected HS code(s). For HS codes where the UOM "VAL" has been replaced with specific UOM (e.g. "NMB"), please amend the HS quantity and UOM accordingly via TradeNet. You may refer to the HSCA Product Code search engine and the Circular No. 05/2022 for more information.
