Please refer to the Singapore Trade Classification, Customs and Excise Duties (STCCED) 2022 and check the column "Unit of Quantity" (UOM) for the UOM assigned for the affected HS code(s).

For HS codes where the UOM "VAL" has been replaced with specific UOM (e.g. "KGM"), please amend the HS quantity and UOM accordingly. You may refer to the HS/CA Product Code Checker and the Customs Circular 05/2022 for more information.
