My customer is under the Major Exporter Scheme (MES) and the goods are currently stored in their warehouse. What is the correct export procedure?
You have to submit an Out-Direct (OUT-DRT) permit application. The “Place of Release” code is “O”. The "Place of Receipt" code is the location where the cargoes goods will be received. The “Outward Transport mode” field will be mode that the goods will be exported i.e. sea/ air/ land.
