You have to submit an Out-Direct (OUT-DRT) permit application. The “Place of Release” code is “O”. The "Place of Receipt" code is the location where the cargoes goods will be received. The “Outward Transport mode” field will be mode that the goods will be exported i.e. sea/ air/ land.
