My customer is intending to export goods via Changi Airport. What is the correct export procedure?

You have to obtain an Out-Direct (OUT-DRT) permit. The "Place of Release" code is "O" and the "Place of Receipt" code is Changi Airport Terminal location code i.e. AT1B/ AT2B/ AT3B/ AT4B. The "Outward transport mode" field is "Air" and the "Outward MAWB" field is "Hand-carried".
