I want to transfer non-controlled goods from one vessel to another vessel at the anchorage for the purpose of re-export overseas. What type of permit should I apply for?
Please obtain an In-Non-Payment permit with declaration type "Re-Export (REX)" with the "Place of Release" and "Place of Receipt" fields both declared as "ANCH".
