GST was deducted from my bank account through GIRO. How do I know who was the declaring agent that had declared the permit for my company?
If your company has signed up for the free Trader Notification service, please check the email notification that was sent to the registered Contact Person. The notification will have the permit number, name of the Declaring Agent and permit approval date. With this notification, you may request a copy of permit from the Declaring Agent involved.
Please click here for more information on Trader Notification.
If your company has subscribed to TradeNet service (this is a paid service), the registered user may login to TradeNet to obtain details of the approved permits.
For more information on the Permit Listing service, you may contact TradeNet Helpdesk via email.
We suggest that you first check with all your appointed declaring agents whom you have authorised to use your Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG). If you have confirmed that none of them declared the permit for you, you may submit a query here to request for more information on the permit that was declared.
