What are the diesel and biodiesel blends which are excluded under the Industrial Exemption Factory Scheme?

The four types of products excluded from the Industrial Exemption Factory scheme are:

  1. Automotive diesel fuels (2710.19.71),

  2. Other diesel fuels (2710.19.72),

  3. Petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals (other than crude) and preparations, containing by weight 70% or more of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous minerals, these oils being the basic constituents of the preparations, containing biodiesel, other than waste oils (2710.20.00),

  4. Other biodiesel and mixtures thereof, not containing or containing less than 70% by weight of petroleum oils or oils obtained from bituminous minerals (3826.00.90).
