Automotive diesel fuels are classified in HS Code 2710.19.71. Other diesel fuels such as those for industrial and marine uses are classified in HS Code 2710.19.72. Mixtures containing biodiesel would be classified in HS Code 2710.20.00 or 3826.00.90 depending on the composition of the mixtures.
