To apply for a Certificate of Origin (CO), what is the item value to be keyed in?
You must key in the item's value in accordance to the specific Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that you are applying for. Except for the GCC-Singapore FTA (GSFTA) which is Ex Works, you should declare the item's Free on Board (FOB) value for all other FTAs.
