What are the supporting documents required for my permit application for the import or export of Chemical Weapon Conventions scheduled chemicals?
You are required to submit an End-User Certificate (EUC) to the National Authority for Chemical Control Weapons Convention (NACWC). This should be done before the export of Schedule 2 and 3 chemicals (subject to certain concentration limits) to non-States Parties.
