All imports and exports of Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) scheduled chemicals that are above the relevant concentration limits will require a CWC licence before the application of a permit to import and export.
The export and transhipment of scheduled chemicals may also be additionally controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act (SGCA).
