The address of the consignee was wrongly declared. Can I amend the "pure" Certificate of Origin (CO) application manually?
Generally, for erroneous input to a field which stipulates Certificate of Origin (CO) related input, you are encouraged to cancel and re-apply for a new Certificate of CO. Nevetheless, for specific advice, you may write in to Customs at CUSTOMS_ROO@customs.gov.sg.
