Should we amend the date of departure indicated in the permit to reflect the actual departure date if there are changes in schedules or operations?
You are required to obtain permits with information that align with the details provided in the finalised commercial documents.
You are not required to amend the estimated date of departure when it differs from the actual date of departure if the Advance Export Declaration (AED) has been submitted prior to export and there are no changes in the Outward Conveyance Reference No. (i.e. voyage number).
