I have entered correct departure date but encountered rejection 'PLS CHECK DATE OF DEPARTURE' when applying pure CO application. Why?
The departure date entered would have to be the same as that declared in the corresponding export permit (i.e. the export permit which is referenced and listed in the "Previous Permit Number" field). Should there be any mistake made in the export permit, please amend it first. Upon its approval, make a "pure CO" application.

Can I submit my Certificate of Origin (CO) application before the departure of the goods?
Should we amend the date of departure indicated in the permit to reflect the actual departure date if there are changes in schedules or operations?
