My Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) is expiring, how do I renew the MCS with Singapore Customs?
Should there be any change to the determination of whether the product meets the Rules of Origin under the specific Free Trade Agreement (FTA) such as the Regional Value Content percentage, please submit another Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) to Singapore Customs for verification. Otherwise, you may submit a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) instead to renew your MCS. To apply for an LOU, please refer to here.
