There are 2 options for the renewal of MCS as follows:

• Apply for a Letter of Undertaking for the previously approved Manufacturing Cost statement.

• Submit a new Manufacturing Cost statement.

If your company would like to submit a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) to renew the previously approved MCS or submit a new MCS to Customs. For submission of the LOU, your company can access the web link here. Do note that you are required to have in possession the information required for submission of the LOU prior to the submission. This information can be found on the Verification of Cost Statement letter that was issued previously upon verification of your MCS.

If your company would like to submit a new MCS, you can also retrieve the MCS template and submit it in accordance to the instructions found within.
