My entity intends to import controlled goods. However, the importer is unable to apply for the required licence with the relevant Competent Authorities (CAs). Can we still import the goods?

Updated by CUSTOMS
Controlled goods require proper authorisation (licence, certificate approval etc.) from the relevant Competent Authorities (CAs) before they may be imported into Singapore. Traders should ensure that they are able to meet all the requirements of the CA(s) before importing controlled goods into Singapore.
