Does the European Union-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) cover GST rebate?
No. The preferential tariff treatment accorded under the European Union-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) only pertains to customs duties. All other taxes, such as GST and Excise duty, are excluded from the scope of the Agreement and remain applicable, where relevant.
