Can I apply for Certificates of Non-Manipulation(CNM) after the departure date of the goods?
A CNM issued by Singapore Customs (Customs) is to certify that the goods, when transhipped via Singapore, have not undergone operations beyond ensuring their preservation in good condition for transport, facilitating shipment and packaging for sale. The requirement is to apply for a CNM within three days of the vessel departure. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the CNM application.
