I encountered rejection 'DATE OF MANUFACTURING COST STATEMENT HAS TO BE SPECIFIED' for an item which is Wholly Obtained (WO) without Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) date. What to do?

For wholly-obtained/produced goods (which are not required to be covered by a MCS/LU), you are required to key in the invoice date in the Cost Statement Date.
