How should I prepare a Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS) for my Wholly-Obtained (WO) goods?
The Manufacturing Cost Statement (MCS)'s requirements do not apply to Wholly-Obtained (WO) goods.
You may apply for a Certificate of Origin (CO) for the goods' export directly as long as your company holds a valid Manufacturer's licence for the goods and are indeed WO.
