When would an export permit require a vessel master's signature?

Please refer to the permit conditions printed on the permit to check if endorsement by the master of the vessel is required. only when there is a permit condition that states so. An example is the A4 condition of an OUT (APS or Approved Premises / Schemes) permit for the export of dutiable liquor or tobacco products as sea stores.
