Am I allowed to combine goods that are controlled by different Competent Authorities (CAs) under a single permit application?
Generally, you are advised to obtain a separate Customs permit application for items that are controlled by different Competent Authorities (CAs). You are advised to check with the CAs controlling the respective items for advice on their requirements for the declaration, e.g., if separate Customs permit applications should be obtained for the different items.
