What are the requirements for vessel registration to carry dutiable liquors and tobacco products for export by sea?
The requirement to register a vessel for use as carriage of dutiable goods for export is applicable to vessels which have a Net Registered Tonnage (NRT) between 75 and 300 (inclusive) only. Vessels with an NRT of above 300 do not need to register with Singapore Customs for use as carriage of such dutiable goods for export.
