For vessels carrying dutiable goods between NRT 75 and 300, these vessels must be registered with Singapore Customs. Please visit Vessel Registration Requirement for more information. You need to declare the correct voyage number and vessel name at "Conveyance Reference Number" field and "Transport Identifier" field respectively same as Customs' record.
