How do I apply for an Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) and what are the supporting documents required?
To obtain an Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV), you will need the following accounts with Singapore Customs: (a) Customs Account, and (b) Inter-Bank Giro (IBG) Account. You are required to complete the ICDV application form and submit it together with supporting documents via the online application form. The supporting documents required are:
(a) Exporter Declaration Letter that an ICDV is required;
(b) End-User Declaration Letter that the goods to be imported under the ICDV are for his own use;
(c) End-User Statement, if the end-user is a foreign party;
(d) For re-export of goods from Singapore, an export licence and its English translation, or confirmation from the exporting country that they do not control the re-export of the goods from Singapore; and
