Do I have to obtain an approval from Singapore Customs to re-export Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) goods even if I have already indicated that they will be re-exported from Singapore in the Import Certificate (IC)?
Prior to the re-export, you are required to obtain an export permit in TradeNet and indicate the Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) reference number in the format "ICDV/XXX/XXXX" in the "Competent Authority/Singapore Customs (CA/SC) Product Code" field. You will be required to obtain a strategic goods export permit if your goods are subject to control under the Strategic Goods (Control) Order. Please click here for more information on ICDV.
