I used a permit for the partial release of my shipment. Can I use the same permit for clearance of goods carried by another vessel?
As the information declared in the permit would not be the same for the two shipments, you are to obtain separate permits for each of the shipment. A new permit should be obtained to clear the goods arriving in the next vessel. You may apply for a refund of the overpayment of GST, if any, for the first permit.
