My payment permit is partially utilised due to cargoes were short landed. Can I still clear my balance cargoes using the same permit?

Please apply for a separate permit to account for the short-landed goods.

For partially utilised payment permits, you may apply for a refund for the short-landed goods. Please visit Refund of Duties & GST for more information on the refund procedures.
