I have indicated that the goods will be re-exported in the Import Certificate. Should I seek Customs' approval before re-exporting the goods?
Please obtain an export permit via TradeNet and indicate the Import Certificate and Delivery Verification (ICDV) reference number in the format "ICDV/XXX/XXXX" in the "Competent Authority/Singapore Customs (CA/SC) Product Code" field prior to the export.
If your goods are subject to control under the Strategic Goods (Control) Order, you are required to obtain a strategic goods export permit.
