I have issued a cheque payment for permit with "G1" condition. Can I proceed to clear the cargo?
Traders may only remove goods from customs control after payment of Customs duty/ GST via cash or cheque has been made to Singapore Customs at any United Overseas Bank (UOB) branch.
For cash deposit, please indicate the Permit Number at the front of the bank in slip.
For cheque deposit, please address the cheque to "Singapore Customs", write the Permit Number at the back of the cheque and drop the cheque at any UOB branch.
