My customer is intending to hand-carry goods into Singapore via Changi Airport. What is the correct import procedure?

You have to obtain an In-Payment GST (IPT-GST) permit. The "Place of Release" field is Changi Airport Terminal location code i.e. AT1B / AT2B / AT3B / AT4B and the "Place of Receipt" code is "O". The "Inward transport mode" field is "Air" and the "Inward MAWB" field is "Hand-carried".
