HAWB/HUCR/HBL numbers are required in the permit application for consolidated sea and air shipments. They refer to the inward House Air WayBill number/House Unique Cargo Reference Number/House Bill of Lading respectively.
 
MAWB/OUCR/OBL numbers required in the permit application for sea and air shipments. They refer to the inward Master Air WayBill number/Ocean Unique Cargo Reference Number/Ocean Bill of Lading respectively.
