How do I apply permit for an export shipment with 1 Master Bill of Lading (B/L) and 5 House B/Ls?

Please note that 1 permit application can only have 1 Master Air Waybill (AWB)/ Bill of Lading (BL). Multiple House AWB/ BL can be declared under 1 permit if it is for the same consignee and not controlled by different Comptent Authority. If these HAWBs or HBLs fall under different Master AWB or Master B/L, they must be declared in separate permit applications.
