Can I submit 1 permit application for 2 House Bills of Lading or House Air Waybills?

If the consignee of both House Bill of Lading or House Bills of Lading (B/L) or House Airway Bills (AWB) is the same party and the goods are not controlled by different Competent Authorities (CAs), you may obtain 1 permit application.
 
Note:
If the 2 AWBs are under different Master Airway Bill (AWB), the 2 AWBs would need to be declared under separate permit applications.
